HOW TO ADD YOUR SUPPORT CONTACT NUMBER ON XENFI

Your customers may need help while connecting to your hotspot. XenFi lets you display your support phone number directly on the captive portal right where it matters most.

Why it matters

When a customer cannot connect, they are frustrated. A visible support number on the Wi-Fi login page removes guesswork and builds trust in your service. It is a small detail that creates a big difference in the overall customer experience.

With XenFi, your phone number appears automatically below your available packages, exactly where customers look when they need help.

Step-by-step instructions

Open the XenFi dashboard

Log in to your XenFi account and go to the main dashboard screen.

Tap the Menu icon (☰) — top left corner

Tap the three vertical lines in the top left corner to open the side navigation menu.

Go to Settings → General

From the menu, tap Settings, then tap General.

Scroll down to Customer Support Phones

Keep scrolling on the General page until you reach the Customer Support Phones section.

Enter your number in the format 0700000000

Add your number to Primary Phone Number. Optionally add a second number to the Secondary field. If you only have one number, leave the secondary blank.

Tap "Update Customer Support Phones"

Hit the green update button. Your support number is now live on the captive portal.

Pro Tip: If you only have one support number, leave the Secondary Phone Number field empty. XenFi will only show the numbers you have provided on the portal.

What customers will see

Once saved, your support number appears on the captive portal the page that customers see when they first connect to your Wi-Fi network. It shows up directly below your data packages, making it easy to spot.
