False. XenFi is a management tool, not a bank. Your balance is always yours, no holding periods, no minimum balances, no withdrawal restrictions.

XenFi takes a percentage of everything I earn.

Only on specific transaction types you agreed to upfront: Mobile Money Sales (10%), Agent Sales (8%), and Printed Vouchers (3%). Subscriptions and setup are free. Every other shilling is yours.

I can only withdraw on the number I used during setup.

False. You can disburse to any mobile money number, your wallet, an agent, a supplier, or anyone else.

If my withdrawal fails, XenFi denied it.

Never. Failed or delayed disbursements are caused by MTN MoMo or Airtel Money network downtime, not XenFi. XenFi will never take your money. We only deduct agreed service charges; every other shilling is yours, always.
