XenFi takes a percentage of everything I earn.

False. Where service fees apply, they are only charged for specific features and are clearly communicated in advance. These charges may vary by country and service availability, ensuring users only pay for the services applicable to their region.

I can only withdraw on the number I used during setup.

False. You can disburse to any mobile money number, your wallet, an agent, a supplier, or anyone else.

If my withdrawal fails, XenFi denied it.

False. A failed or delayed withdrawal does not necessarily mean XenFi has rejected it. In most cases, delays are caused by the mobile money provider for example Mtn, Airtel or temporary network issues. Your funds remain yours, and your earnings remain yours at all times.
