Modernizing Voucher Sales in XenFi
Managing voucher sales through agents has traditionally come with several challenges, especially when using physical vouchers. In many cases, hotspot owners may struggle to accurately track sales made by agents, which can sometimes lead to incorrect reporting or revenue leakages.
To improve transparency, accountability, and convenience, XenFi introduced an agent-based voucher sales system where every sale made by an agent is instantly recorded in the dashboard in real time.
In addition, XenFi now supports thermal printer integration, allowing agents to instantly print vouchers for customers instead of manually reading out voucher details.
Who is an Agent in XenFi?
An agent is a person authorized by the hotspot owner to sell internet vouchers. Whenever an agent sells a voucher:
The sale is immediately recorded in the XenFi dashboard
The hotspot owner can monitor sales in real time
Revenue tracking becomes more accurate and transparent
This approach is far more reliable than traditional physical vouchers, where agents may incorrectly report sales or balances
Reduced Agent Commission
As part of improving voucher sales efficiency, XenFi also reduced agent commission rates from 8% to 3%, helping hotspot owners retain more revenue while still enabling agents to manage voucher sales efficiently through the system.
How Thermal Printers Improve Voucher Sales
With thermal printer support, agents no longer need to manually read voucher codes to customers.
Instead:
The customer then leaves with a printed receipt containing the Voucher code, Package details and the Purchase information
At the same moment, The sale is automatically registered in XenFi, records updated instantly.
Step 1
Open the XenFi App and tap the user profile avatar on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2
Navigate to:
Manage Account > Printers
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled. Look for the printer name to pair the devices. i.e MTP-II_6F78
The printer will then move to connecting mode as shown in the image below;

After successfully connecting, it will appear as below;

Step 3
Go to the Agent PoS(right below Disbursement on the XenFi dashboard) or Agent Dashboard, select the customer’s package, and tap Sell Card.

Once you press sell card, the voucher will be printed instantly.

Once the sale is completed:
The printed receipt will contain the voucher code and package details for the customer.
