Where to Find Disbursements

From your XenFi dashboard, open the sidebar menu and scroll down to Disbursements. It sits right below Transactions, easy to find.

How to Withdraw Your Funds

It works just like a standard mobile money transfer — MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. Here's how:

1. Log in to your dashboard and go to Disbursements from the sidebar

2. Click the Disburse button (top right of the page)

3. Enter the mobile money number you're sending to — any number, not locked to your setup number

4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw

5. Add a Note to Payee (e.g., "Agent commission for April" or "Monthly profit withdrawal")

6. Confirm — funds arrive instantly, just like any mobile money transfer
