Introduction
As your network grows or your business setup changes, you may sometimes need to move an existing hotspot from one XenFi organization to another. Instead of setting up the hotspot again from scratch, XenFi allows you to request a Hotspot Transfer.
A Hotspot Transfer simply means moving an existing hotspot from its current organization to another XenFi organization. Once the transfer is completed, the hotspot will be managed under the receiving organisation.
To ensure hotspots are not moved without proper authorization, transfers are subject to a review process. You’ll be required to provide a valid reason for the transfer, which will be reviewed before a decision is made on your request.
Note: Your organization must have at least two hotspots before you can request to transfer one, ensuring the organization is not left without a hotspot. Submitting a transfer request does not guarantee approval. For security purposes, XenFi will review the request and the reason provided before determining whether the hotspot can be transferred.

Once a decision has been made, you will receive an email notification informing you whether the hotspot transfer was successful or declined.
If successful, the hotspot will be transferred to the specified XenFi organisation.
